This wedding season I received phone calls from two brides on the Thursday before their wedding day to say their DJ had canceled on them. Now, they were left without entertainment for their quickly approaching wedding reception. Both brides had booked the same nationally franchised DJ company, that includes the Central New York area in their bookings.  This company will flower you with gifts, candy, and DVD’s, on top of a CHEAP RATE - if it sounds too good to be true, in most, if not all cases, it probably is. I was glad to help the distressed brides out and found DJ’s using the resources we have available. I can understand why they felt betrayed by this company.  (more…)
